Business Outlook
Pros
Interesting and often challenging work. Decent compensation and benefits. Has offices everywhere so it is easy to move around. Good work/life balance (some places have 10/40 schedule).
Cons
Very bureaucratic but I suppose that is to be expected at a mega defense contractor. Career advancement can be slow. Young energetic high-performing employees are not fairly rewarded for their contributions. Big raises and promotions seem to be more about years-of-service than performance/ability.
