      Excellent benefits and management support for getting an advanced degree, including tuition re-imbursement; great people to work with at all levels, pleasant work environment, lots of opportunities to learn through formal classes and on the job; strong finanacials, very solid company

      Cons

      Large company momentum sometimes difficult to overcome when making changes; assignments sometimes given with little regard to relevancy of employee skills

      Pros

      Received internship via phone interview, received a relocation bonus for the summer. It was really fun and a great resume booster.

      Cons

      Internship was unorganized, I was essentially stuck on the managers who didn't even want an intern, probably some corporate mandated intern program, but they made the best of it, I helped with several projects and tried not to be a burden, as they were very busy. I was nominated for the Leadership development program, at the interviews 14 fellow LM interns attended, they hired no one.....Seems the only LM division that does a good job converting employees in Aviation - stay away from Space or ISGS, etc...

      -great benefits, in general good salary -good work/life balance -engaging coworkers -good place to get career kickstarted, well branded name for future employers

      Cons

      -can be hard to move positions (laterally or up) -gov't contracting can mean quick and last minute changes in direction
