Breakfast, 401k, 4x10 work week schedule.

Cons

Management, engineering support. Management is a joke and has zero machining experience. Engineers are fresh out of college and have zero machining experience. The few engineers that have some experience are lazy and move very slowly. They have maybe 2 good engineers in the whole department.

18 years at company every year it gets worse sad to say. Time to move on

Cons

Management is bad machine shop is has 10 managers with only 82 machinist. Cost is the key to all. Don’t care about final product going out. Takes short cut when possible. No flex time unless you have paperwork showing you need it. Does not respect the military and vets.
