Great working environment and people.

10% 401k contributions is great (6% automatic, 50% of your first 8% so 4% more from them)! They do about 10k a year in grad school contributions, I believe they also have good insurance options as well but I don't use them. We are on a 4/10 schedule, the 3 day weekends every week is nice. I get 160 hours PTO per year + some floating time off. It can be cashed out as well.
