-Great place to start coming out of college as you learn proper processes and procedures up front -Looks great on your resume -Work with a lot of smart people and can make great lifetime friends -Employee perks are nice

Cons

-As with most large companies...politics -Competitive atmosphere. The PRS process is very relative of who you know, and not your true value -Not as competitive with pay, and other monetary benefits as their competitors

Process is slow. Lots of bureaucracy. Not enough innovation. Company not too focused on employee morale.

Flex ible hours, ability to work remotely when family commitments require you to do so and challenging work that requires you to constantly be learning new technologies. I work with very bright people that have different backgrounds.

Cons

Required to work different shifts to test software in limited number of labs that are available to a program.
