Pros

-Decent pay, but lower than industry standard -Good benefits -Somewhat laid back environment

Cons

-Office politics run rampant. Expect to be assigned to different projects every few months. If you're not a favorite, don't expect to have any say in this. -Poor management. It often feels like they are running around not knowing what to do, while throwing buzzwords out at meetings. -Improper implementation of techniques. It always felt like at Lockheed they were trying to do industry standard things; SCRUM, Sprints, Code Reviews, Unit Testing, but it always fell short in one way or another and poorly implemented.
