Cons

Company has more interest in shareholders than employees. No respect for employees with experience and extensive knowledge base. US government can't control spending, so jobs are at risk due to sequestration.

Cons

Some long hours. Expectation that all engineers are math whizzes. They make you feel awkward if you bring up a promotion.
