Pros

The company undertakes some of the biggest engineering challenges know to the world. They provide great resources to get these tasks done and are very helping for providing for continuing education. The salary is very good relative to competitors along with their benefits package.

Cons

The amount of security and bureaucratic within the company. The security is understandable since they are government contractors. Since the company is huge, some things take longer than should and something you get lost in the crowd.
