Pros

Great experience for fresh out college students gain alot of variety of experience first leve management rotates employee to new projects aproximately once a year. Projects are given recognizition

Cons

Employees are evaluated "ranked" for salary increases against others with more experience employee. Employees do not share vital information voluntary. Employees keep critical information to themselves apparently to shore up their job security - to be seen as Subject Matter Experts (SME) by Management. Management gives the subtile message that if you are not viewed as a SME, you will not be be given favorable reviews/raises. Employees are given little or no training.

Pros

Very stable, lots of job security. Recently they did layoffs, but voluntary ones at that, with fantastic retirement packages. They have government contacts secured years in advance so income is fairly predictable.

Cons

The security is necessary but can be a hassle. No cellphones in certain areas, guards everywhere, but you get used to it.
