      Pay. Numerous locations so you can move around the country without leaving the company. Leadership is always needed so good environment for ladder climbers.

      Cons

      Bloated management structure. New tools seemingly every other month to have to learn. You don't go very far if not interested in dealing with leading something (earned value, cost account management, agile project management)
