Pros
Management and direct report were postivie and supportive. Corporation has a whole valued ethics, zero retaliation for unethical reporting. Valued me for my technical contributions and offered technical challenges to overcome.
Cons
Not everyone in the company valued ethics and a positive peer work environment. I had a program manger re-assigned because the individual kept operational information from contract sponsor. Individual was reassigned and a new program manager was assigned to our group.

Amazing Cohort and great people to work with. Sometimes managers are busier so you won't be able to talk to them on some days. It depends on the manager!

Can be rough on slow days so you have to make the best of it and keep yourself busy if you can.

Love my coworkers, they are capable, no making excuses for them Get to do lots of extreme engineering Lots of room to try your hand at everything. Managers here tend to be great Flexibility, you are seen a person and are given room to manage work and life.
Cons
Salary can be lacking If you work on plant, facilities are a bit lame, no windows, spotty cell service Funding for programs can be spotty, so be prepared to play ball.
