Not the place it once was

Pros

The people. LogRhythm started as a very community focused company, and the people remain great.

Cons

The company has changed. It is not at all what it used to be. No longer about building a great place to work and trusting the best talent will follow. Sales goals have not been met in quite some time, and its just a finger pointing game of why.

I want to thank you for taking the time to write a review. I couldn't agree with you more wholeheartedly that the company is all about our great people. As CMO of the company for 7 months, I want to express my disappointment that your experience wasn't where it should've been, and address the concerns outlined in your review for any future LogRhythm marketer. Make no mistake that we are a marketing team in the process of transformation and COVID has only added to the challenge. We're focused on new messaging, our website, customer advocacy, digital strategies, and global alignment with the sales and the services teams. I am personally vested in the growth, learning, and success of every team member. The following changes were made as a result of listening to marketing team feedback: - Implemented Agile Marketing to ensure workload distribution and prioritization. Incorporating daily stand-ups throughout the team and 2-3 week sprints - Manager development through a leaders book club and discussion group - Skip level 1:1s with every member of the marketing team to listen to feedback and career goals - Several promotions and role expansions based on superior performance - New technology to increase collaboration and streamline processes - Move from quarterly to monthly marketing all-hands meetings based on team member suggestions. - More communication and alignment with the sales and customer success team with transparency on all the campaigns we collaborate on. The above changes already produced some recognizable results in a short amount of time. We have more work to do and strive for continuous improvement. Regarding market pay, allow me to disagree with your comment. Through our hiring process and annual salary increases, one of the key factors is a review of market-rate for the role in conjunction with performance considerations. For future marketers - if you are excited by the cybersecurity software space and want to gain a global perspective, embrace change, implement modern marketing campaigns, love data, and be known as a member of a best-in-class team, come join LogRhythm marketing.
