Excellent new hire on boarding process. Everything was setup ahead of time - Meetings with key stakeholders, IT had all of the technology setup with no issues, people were super helpful and willing to share their experiences. My supervisor was communicative before I started the position, and made himself available to meet ahead of time to answer my questions before I started. Unbelievable technology, "can do" culture, everyone wants you to succeed. I was able to hit the ground running in the first week!

Cons

- free food only once a week - only free beer on occasion

Pros

I have the opportunity to learn new skills, increase my knowledge, and contribute to the team, the company, and our customers. LogRhythm is a great product. I feel like I am making a difference helping others learn more about cyber-security. There are lots of motivated and hard-working individuals working here.

Cons

Growing pains, but its all been very good. People are flexible and easily adapt to change. No place is perfect, but this place is close.
