Pros

I learned a lot during the years I was here as I was assigned a helpful, honest, mentor. My mentor was close with my manager so they gave me the complaints they got from my manager so I could adjust accordingly. I also had many managers while there as they tend to change the managers on the contracts a lot due to them leaving for better opportunities but one was amazing. They have amazing company events as well. People are friendly in a very surface-level way but not generally rude.

Cons

Cliquey, unrealistic expectations, lack of parking in a busy area. There are inconsistent work opportunities (contracts tend to end early which is stated as allowed in the employee contracts). Lots of favoritism for the privileged employees (example invites to executives homes etc). Huge lack of diversity here as well. Management = mainly wealthy white men or women. One manager was extremely passive aggressive and irritable. I was not given clear info or guidance on issues but then would get written up for said issues I was unaware of. I was bullied by this manager (called names like “idiot” and given eye rolls etc) as were numerous other individuals during company meetings. When this was raised with HR no changes or training occurred. Lack of understanding for common life occurrences/issues is big here unless you’re in management. Execs + mgmt are unaware and insensitive regarding normal life problems. Health insurance is subpar at best. Managers are chosen based off of discriminatory practices, not based off who is best fit for the role. Overall, unless you’re a wealthy and/or privileged individual you will not succeed here. You will be pushed out.
