      An okay resume, but not career, builder

      Pros

      Good work/life balance, friendly colleagues, and decent snacks in the office.

      Cons

      Promotions go to those who are most social and engaged in internal activities, while delivery and adding value to the client isn’t respected nearly as much. Hourly employees can have their project end with little warning with no safety net while they look for another project to put you on, so I’d give it a low score for job security. They also explicitly tell their employees to give high marks in responses to Seattle Business Magazine Best Places to Work so they can use it for marketing, and to actually air grievances in an internal company survey—feels shady to me.

      Caring people around, politics start on the senior director level or above so if you are below, you will be fine

      Cons

      Projects are boring, not enough resources around. Company is small.
