Pros
People and culture - you get out what you put in, but this company cares about its employees and their individual well-being, so protecting work-life balance is supported and encouraged. I got lots of mileage out of 1:1s and mentorships. Career opportunities - Career management is employee-driven, as it should be, but in my experience Logic has been great about meeting me where I am and giving me opportunities to try new things aligned with my goals, often much sooner in my career than I would have gotten elsewhere. Approach it with patience and humility and you will be taken care of.
Cons
Salaries aren't quite as high as other similarly-sized consultancies, but in my opinion, I am compensated very fairly and the culture and career growth Logic offers is worth the tradeoff compared to what I could be making elsewhere. You will need to decide for yourself what matters most to you - for me, happiness > pay.
