We’re happy that you are enjoying the work environment at Logic! Now we just need to work on your concerns about compensation. We do generally try to stick to an annual pay increase cycle, although we also celebrate promotions at other times during the year. If you’d like to discuss how to maximize your next pay increase, we’d suggest talking openly and honestly with your Career Development Lead or Practice Area Lead, and the HR team is always available to provide guidance and support if you’d like a “test run” of that conversation. Thanks for providing your feedback!

To address a few things immediately – Logic20/20 has a wide range of projects and resources available under our Digital Marketing offerings. Additionally, we do not require that you use PTO for federal holidays; and while there is not an annual bonus available for hourly employees (there is for salaried employees), other types of bonuses are available. You do make a valid point that we should work with our career managers to better tailor a consultant's goals to the training we pay for, along with the other investments we make in our employees. We'll add that to our considerations as we work to improve the Career Management program. Thanks for your input!
