Pros

- Can be a good place to learn consulting skills and grow fast (with the right project). - Co-workers do care about team members - Management is open to new opportunities and will reward those that can help them execute on new opportunities.

Cons

- A firm that has recently made the small to medium jump. As a result, significant turnover in operational roles and volatility - Direction was not always clear from the top and sometimes was confusing to staff

Opportunity to own your success

Pros

Great place to find autonomy and grow. You have the opportunity to own your project, delivery, and if you're successful you can be rewarded.

Cons

Can be difficult for people who don't know their path, individual drive is needed. You need to learn how to balance client/project needs with understanding the consulting business; which can create a knowledge gap between consultants in a role and leadership.

Pros

Good benefits, nice people, fun events, nice office. Their client list looks great on your resume.

Cons

Pay is low. Pay is lower for women. Women aren’t promoted to leadership roles. They only hire external people and don’t let their current employees move onto new projects. It’s a boys club. If you’re in with one of them, you’ll get a raise.

We always appreciate the feedback our current, former, and prospective employees leave on GlassDoor. It’s gratifying to see what we’re doing right, and we appreciate being able to learn from those areas where we can improve. A review like this one leaves us a bit stymied, however. The content of this review is factually incorrect. First, we have a team of people (including our female CFO) who monitor our pay rates on an ongoing basis for equity internally and against the market. Second, to claim that our current employees aren’t “allowed” to move onto new projects is, in a word, untrue. Our consultants move onto new projects all the time, so we’re not really sure where that criticism might come from. Third, it’s similarly wrong to claim this is a “boys’ club”. We have an environment where women are deeply involved and invested in corporate, project, and team leadership, business development activities, candidate assessment and selection, and project assignments. They are viewed as equals and contribute greatly to the ongoing success of our Company.
