      Pros

      Great company and great people. Logic is a great place to work with smart people on challenging problems. I have been with the company for several years and have always felt its a place I can make an impact.

      Cons

      Not much. The leadership listens and adjusts.

      Pros

      There are lots of pros to working there. I read some of the other reviews and really disagree with the question of leadership. One of the executives is loud and that's just who he is but he is certainly no bully. The other leaders lay out the standard and that's good for the company to follow. If you have any issue at home that may affect your work, they are very understanding and very accommodating. I guess you would say they are very caring.

      Cons

      It's getting bigger and quickly. I think the company doubled in size.

      Pros

      People are recognized here for the quality of work do. The mentoring I have received has allowed me to grow and get promoted. Recognizing women in technology is a big plus and the women we have here, at every level, make it even more of a plus.

      Cons

      The company has grown and the office can be cramped on different days. We are moving soon but we don't yet know where to.
