We strive to take recommendations from our consultants and turn them into realities – including a 360 degree feedback, a confidential program that we ask all employees to work with, where we aggregate the data and feed it back to the entire company anonymously so that we can all know what the challenges are and how we can address them. Our HR Group has an open door policy and is always looking to provide confidential environment for feedback. Additionally we have implanted a career management program, adding 401k matching, and maintaining a competitive benefits package. We also believe in a balance between work and life - believing that employees shouldn’t live to work. We do our best to provide flexibility to accommodate individual situations, including the recent revisions to our working remotely policy. Additionally, we want our consultants to achieve their career ambitions and invest in opportunities that will help them succeed. We want to be a part of our consultant’s success and continuously find ways to assist in opening those doors for them. Logic20/20 is a rapidly growing company, resulting in the need for constant change and realignment. The leadership team is driven by a clear set of objectives and does its best to communicate those initiatives and rationale behind changes and directions whenever possible. We recognize the need to be transparent, as it is one of our values, and have continually worked to increase that transparency through various communication channels and vehicles.
