Pros
The company is growing and trying to create an environment that is both a great place to work and also a great place to grow your career. If you have the passion and drive you can carve out success and the company will give you every opportunity to do so. Small enough that you can make an impact and see tangible change from your involvement. With any growing company there are bumps in the road and the one thing that has been consistent with the company, has been the willingness for all members from consultants to senior leadership, to change and evolve for the better.
From a work perspective, it ranges from business strategy on the business consulting side through to tactical BI development on the technical side. So the consulting environment will provide you a wide range of experiences. There is a mix of consulting level from Big 4 consultants through to industry expertise which is combined with a diverse US and international background (UK, Australia, Turkish, Eithopian, Russian, Indian, Philippines, etc.) of the people. This leads to a lot of different perspectives within client engagements which ultimately provides a learning experience in itself.
On a side note the new healthcare, 401k, flex spending and dental benefits this year are big improvement and make a huge difference.
Overall i have had a great experience working at the company and I would recommend considering them as fast growing consulting company.
Cons
As with any growing company there are bumps in the road, once an issue is identified people react and do their very best to resolve it. In addition the pace of the company is quite fast if you havent worked in a Big 4 consulting company previously. It means things are always moving and it will take a few weeks to get a handle of the pace.
