-Doesn't invest in employees -Limited projects -Make you use PTO for federal holidays -No annual bonus -Super political when it comes to career advancement

To address a few things immediately – Logic20/20 has a wide range of projects and resources available under our Digital Marketing offerings. Additionally, we do not require that you use PTO for federal holidays; and while there is not an annual bonus available for hourly employees (there is for salaried employees), other types of bonuses are available. You do make a valid point that we should work with our career managers to better tailor a consultant's goals to the training we pay for, along with the other investments we make in our employees. We'll add that to our considerations as we work to improve the Career Management program. Thanks for your input!

When you first start they make you really feel like you made the right decision to join the organization.

Cons

To Logic 20/20's credit they have really maximized the opportunity they have with their clients, but that is only 2. 90-95% of Logic 20/20's revenue comes from 2 customers, T-Mobile & Microsoft and they have a few projects going with Starbucks but that's it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Unfortunately, your facts are incorrect. Logic20/20 has a wide variety of clients and numerous buyers within individual accounts. Additionally, because we have many products and services which we offer to many different industries this allows for further diversification of our client base. That being said, we are constantly looking to further diversify, not only with products/services, clients, and industries, but also geographically.

Pros

Co-workers are great people, and you can become highly proficient in Microsoft products in a short period of time. Great place if you eventually want a FTE role at Microsoft without going a temp route.

Cons

Lack of insight and clarity into the types of projects you will be placed on, and not much interest from management in placing people in roles they are interested in. They emphasize professional development as a value, but this mostly needs to be done at your own time rather than learning on projects. Leadership and senior managers need much improvement if there is any interest in improving morale. High turnover, pay is low, and benefits are only ok.
