Pros

The pay was ok. Not as good as it should have been since they consistently take a 60% to 70% cut which is above industry standards. There are/were some good people there, but they're mostly all gone now.

Cons

You can go from golden boy to incommunicado in a matter of weeks with no rhyme or reason. There either is no pipeline or I was directly lied to. I tend to believe the latter based on my experiences and those shared with me after the fact. They pretend to be some caring company, but the reality is they are a meat shop like any other. No woman in the leadership

Hi there. A lot to unpack here. Thanks for the feedback and we’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at Logic20/20. Sorry for the lengthy response, but we would like a chance to respond because we believe wholeheartedly that your key points are false. Our compensation and revenue models are aligned with industry standards. And yes, as most companies do, we are striving to be a profitable company. However, every dollar gets put back into the company and goes towards sales and marketing, as well as benefits such as paid medical coverage for employees, 401k match, and additional parking spaces. It can sometimes be hard to find the right project opportunity for our consultants when they join our team or their assignment ends. A lot depends on what our clients are looking for, or what projects are already underway. Our teams use multiple sources of information to place consultants on projects, including feedback from project managers, career managers, and clients as well as the information contained in the consultant profiles each of our employees maintains. As for female leaders, our leadership team is 31% women, which is a number we are consistently trying to improve. Our leadership development cohort for this year is split 50% men and 50% women, providing equal opportunity for advancement. The information about our leadership is made public on our website, which you can find here: https://www.logic2020.com/company/leadership. In 2019, Juliana Su was recognized by Seattle Business Magazine as a Daring Women, and our CFO Ellen Boyer was recognized by PSBJ as CFO of the Year. Pros

- Intelligent people among the consulting ranks who are willing to help you out whenever needed. - Flexibility on work hours and working from home at times. - Fully paid insurance. - Well-stocked kitchen, coffee, etc. - Fun company events.

Cons

- Sales team and upper management focus on set-it-and-forget-it type of projects (i.e., pure staff augmentation for Microsoft). - Low pay and no paid holidays for folks who are hourly (and a continued push by the company to bring in more hourly vs. salary employees). - Managers act more like salespeople than managers of projects. - No real training offered – only trainings I saw were through pre-approved online courses, which cost $10-50. That’s a laughable investment in your employees. - Incredibly top-heavy company, with way too many managers and directors in a company of ~200 people - Promotions are based on how loud you are about all the “great work” you’ve done, so plan to spend 50% of your billable time schmoozing with upper management if you’re looking for a promotion. - Let me reiterate on the last point: If you don’t champion yourself on a daily/weekly basis, you will not be promoted, regardless of the quality or quantity of your work.

Logic20/20 is a rapidly growing company, working with a variety of different companies, where small to large teams are providing value-added solutions with new technologies and using a variety of different methodologies to automate repetitive tasks and help our clients better understand their customers. Everyone involved, from the sales team to the project teams, are encouraged to engage with our customers and understand their business so that we can provide them with valuable insights. We are proud of our Career Management Program, which not only focuses on working with each employee to support them in their career goals, but also provides a variety of different training opportunities. We encourage people to advance their careers at Logic20/20, through outlining a well-defined career model, providing continual performance feedback, and offering many different opportunities to become more involved in the Company. From a training perspective, just this year, we offered an in-house, two-day, SCRUM training course to allow our employees to become SCRUM certified and also a 12-week long PMP course, where cohorts worked toward their PMP certifications. We constantly encourage employees to proactively identify and communicate their career goals and then we work to support them in achieving these goals. We apologize that you felt you had a negative experience, but appreciate your feedback.

Pros

Smart & hard working people are commonplace. Location is centrally located on South Lake Union. Tons of opportunities to get involved in different aspects of the business such as business development, training, & organizing social events.

Cons

If you are in the office for any length of time it can be cramped and noisy and the furniture is cheap. Benefit package is weak, particularly PTO and 401k. If not careful can get pigeon-holed in a role/client.
