Where do i begin? This place is a SWEAT SHOP, with hard/software, that freezes up because they are antique, phone system lost in the 1980's - meaning they are too cheap to provide headsets and the phones are same as the phone your Mom had on the kitchen wall. They must have bought their phones from Good Will or Value Village for $2.50 each. The management takes advantage of their staff - treat employees poorly, mgmt very unapproachable, don't want you taking a bathroom break or water break. Management is very inhumane, COLD- if you want to be treated like a caged animal then this place is for animals - because they treat you like you are not human. Disgusting and low-class work environment.

Horrible leadership. Very disorganized, making it up as they go along. Total sweat shop - their idea of good customer service is having their people available until all hours. Throwing people under the bus when things go wrong. Not a place for someone trying to grow their career and professional skill set. Not a place for junior people, all you'll learn here are bad habits. Lack of best practices.
