Cons

Supervisors are rude and lazy and couldn’t care a tad bit about you. You have to deal with rude people on calls and rude colleagues and supervisors Pick your mental health over this job.

Flexible schedule. Work from home in comfortable environment.

Cons

There are many different managers and supervisors so there is no consistency. You never know who to talk to if you have an issue, and good luck getting a response from someone in a timely manner. The feedback you get from quality control supervisors is often contradictory. One supervisor will tell you to do something and the next will tell you not to. It’s very frustrating.

everything else. awful management, to the point where 1 manager actually made me feel VERY uncomfortable regularly (he called me pet names, always had a door closed policy with me, even made a sexual reference AT me once) and do you think his superiors would have cared? nope. the place is literally trash and i only stuck around because the work schedule was so flexible while i was in university.
