Pros

Great, innovative company. There is a lot of room for growth within the company, and the company culture is generally good. I enjoy being able to be a part of creating and selling useful products that really benefit our users.

Cons

Communication between departments is weak. Often it seems as if some departments are working for themselves rather than for the company at large.

Your observation that Dan and I aren't always on the same page is correct. While this can be frustrating (to us even more than to you!), I believe it's actually related to one of our strengths: we make better decisions when we're forced to defend / explain / sell our ideas to a really smart co-worker who sees things differently. I value having a VP who challenges me to make wise decisions, not waste resources, and focus on what really serves our customers best. Dan and I understand that we need to do a better job keeping the direction clear for the team after the back-and-forth is done and the idea is refined, and that's been a big priority for us in 2014. We'll keep working on it. Thanks for your feedback!

Pros

Logos never limits you to what you can accomplished. Its spirit truly encompasses the entrepreneurial roots of its founders and Logos is growing FAST as a result.

Cons

Many in the marketing department feel that they are dispensable.

Pros

Logos provides meaningful and fulfilling work; I work with smart and dedicated people; Bellingham is a great place to live; I have the opportunity to present my ideas; my supervisor is understanding and helpful, but also pushes me to do my best.

Cons

There are some departments (notably marketing) that seem to lack stability and have high turnover.
