Great company culture and they do business according to their core values. Senior management are all down to earth and you don't feel like a number but treat you like a person. Excellent training opportunities to help you grow with the company.

Cons

Small to medium sized company with limited growth opportunities for climbing up the ladder

Pros

Great culture amongst the employees and a fun bunch of staff, free meals atleast once a week and free, pop, beer, and coffee. Escellent Christmas party at Jasper Park Lodge.

Cons

Very little standardization or process in the company. No way of doing something is ever the same twice and senior management all tell you different ways of doing things. Long hours and you are expected to always be available if a client has a problem. So don't expect a work life balance and do expect to get called in on your son's birthday.

Pros

Opportunity to grow in enterprise clients, variety of clients is always promising as there are many industries that Long View sells in. Growth has allowed the company to compete for some cutting edge work and big partner deals with vendors (HP, Cisco, NetApp, Microsoft, VMWare, etc)

Cons

Some of the Senior Management are not right fit for the position. Nepotism reigns supreme is a consensus feeling. Growth has showed the cracks in the company and no desire to gain process where it is severely needed.
