Pros

Good people, great manager, fun place to work. Lot's of after work social events that are fun to participate in. Good learning opportunities and possibilities for growth within the company. I witnessed several people moving up from tier 1 help desk to tier 2 and beyond. There is a lot of knowledge and expertise in the company to tap into.

Cons

Great place to learn, but the pay seemed to be on the low end of the scale. I heard reports that promotions didn't always come with the appropriate pay raise, but they may have gotten better since I was there.

Cons

This company preaches looking out for employees, but did not live up to that at all. HR was a mess. Career development was poor. Dumped me first chance they had rather than have my salary on bench.

flexible schedules, location in downtown Denver is nice

Cons

lack of management support and buy-in from individual teams, Canada company that treats their US employees as not as important, salaries are below industry average in the US
