Pros

Collaborative and positive office environment, especially among tech leads. Some great colleagues and managers who are supportive and approachable.

Cons

The salary for a Tech Leader is quite low compared with industry standards. Limited opportunities for promotion making the career advancement challenging. Work-life balance needs improvement; rotational Saturdays shifts were added after initial scheduling, impacting my personal life.
