Poor Management and Compensation

They had a free drinks fridge

Cons

The only way to get an actual pay raise is to leave the company and join again a year later. They refuse to get meaningful pay raises unless there's a job title change however most "promotions" leave you with the same title of systems analyst. Can easily go through 10+ supervisors and managers while working there for a few years. Not due to them being promoted usually by them leaving.
