      Great pay, supportive leadership, tremendous growth as a company as as a professional. Cares about patients. Leadership is incredibly seasoned and knowledgeable. Love working here

      Organization growth can sometimes make it feel like things are chaotic but everyone is great about acknowledging that.

      Pros

      Startup - chances to pilot, try new things, break the mold of the industry and build it right. Open to ideas from front line staff members.

      Cons

      Not always a ton of structure put to paper yet, and a corresponding figure it out and write the SOP as you go type approach. Not a con, just not for all types of employees out there.
