Pros

Pay is decent, fully remote work, product has potential

Cons

Executive leadership is terrible, inexperienced, big egos. They are neither good people leaders nor good business leaders and things are looking downhill in every sense both from a cultural perspective as well as company growth.

Pros

- Great benefits + flexibility - Caring manager and leaders - Leadership seems aligned and passionate about the mission and product future (me too!) - Ton of business / product momentum

Cons

- Growth pains .. hard to get to know everyone and keep up with amount of context that gets shared everywhere -- but that's to be expected and People Team + Leadership is trying a bunch of new strategies -> even having a full company offsite in June and other tools for better comprehension of finding the right company info at the right time.
