Pros

This has truly been a breath of fresh air in my career. The company culture is a blend of passion, innovation, and support that encourages us to put our best foot forward every day. Being a part of the Loom team is thrilling; we are empowered to think creatively and explore uncharted territories. Our leaders are not only transparent, but they foster an environment where risk-taking is welcomed, and creativity is celebrated. This has invigorated the work I do and has made every project an exciting challenge. The work-life balance at Loom is excellent. Management respects our personal time and promotes mental well-being, while the flexible work arrangements help maintain a healthy equilibrium between work and personal life.

Cons

Like any job, working at Loom comes with its own share of challenges. The fast-paced environment and high expectations can sometimes be demanding. However, these challenges have always been a catalyst for personal and professional growth, pushing us to consistently strive for excellence.

Pros

- Video messaging market leader and creator - Loom has 4x'd since raising Series C two years ago - Great people across the business - hard working, kind, humble. Genuinely like each other and working together - Making exciting moves in AI - Company made the hard decisions early and before other startups. It feels like a 180 degree change from where we were a year ago which was painful but the right thing to do in hindsight

Cons

- Still some weak / entitled employees at the company who liked the "easy" times of 2021 better and aren't bought into the strategy going forward - Office footprint has changed quite a bit over the last year, team would love more time together both working and socially
