Pros

- The founders are thoughtful, creative, and product-minded. - The people are talented, driven, and have your back. You'll make friends for life. - Users love the simplicity and elegance of the product. - We are still early and growing fast. There are endless opportunities to grow and impact how people around the world work and will work in the future. - You get ownership and your work has impact. You are part of building an enduring company. - This is the closest thing you will get to consumer in B2B software, brand matters. - The work is fun.

Cons

High growth is a blessing not without challenges. Be prepared to work hard – but there is a high chance it will be the best work of your life.

Pros

* high level of autonomy over product decisions * ship fast 🚀 * traction * high-caliber co-workers with proven track records * offsites and onsites are insanely fun * culture that's open to feedback and transparent

Cons

* our culture can be overly positive at times and it takes a bit to calibrate into war mode when needed * we are currently figuring out our split of remote-to-onsite and this is going to be a journey where we inevitably make mistakes * our processes are still being ironed out so sometimes there's way too much ambiguity and sometimes there's too much structure. we're calibrating and open to feedback though.

Some hurdles like any other company, but great experience overall

Pros

- Startup environment that moves fast and tries to make an impact quickly. Not a lot of red tape to go through, so you feel like you are providing a lot of value very quickly - As with any company, sometimes there are hurdles with Leadership, but have never been at a company where folks are so willing to hear you out and have an open conversation about how they/we can do better going forward - Leadership is very supportive and will always carve out time to talk with you if needed, even if they up to their ears in work - Provides a ton of opportunity to grow - the company values it's existing employees more so than any other company I've been at. They will work with you on what you are interested in and where you want to grow in your career

Cons

The main con is something I feel like I would see at any other startup, and have. Lots of things move very quickly and sometimes it feels like there are a fair amount of changes happening and communication sometimes gets lost - but it does feel like leadership and managers try to think through all the scenarios and edge cases before making any significant changes/decisions.
