Great space to be in

Pros

Hard to pick a more promising space to be in - video is really taking off. There’s no shortage of interesting projects which makes a great place career wise. Incredibly flexible on where and when you work.

Cons

Lots of growing pains - still working on process and alignment. Can be intense - great if you’re up for learning but not if you’re looking to coast.

Pros

Good benefits and remote work friendly

Cons

It used to be a good place to work, but things have drastically changed in the last six months. Egos abound in this place. Only the chosen ones get projects, promotions and raises. For the non-chosen ones there is always an oversight, excuse or a deliberate poor review to avoid giving them a raise. The CEO and CTO have to have their hands in everything! There is a lot of talk about company value and culture, but that's all it is- talk. The only culture is to spend your entire day in meetings and spend weekend doing your work. You can work on something for days or weeks and then all of a sudden the CEO will change his mind and would want things done his way even if it doesn't make sense. Sometimes within the company there is over sharing but most times there is little or no communication.

Cons

- its a startup. of course its not perfect. but no company really is. - sometimes people are too nice
