Pros

- Amazing team, very low ego, remote first - Fast growing space in light of more companies embracing remote, distributed work - Competitive salary, benefits and perks, remote flexibility

Cons

- Like most younger companies, the review and formal feedback process isn't fully established, so you have to be proactive about getting feedback from your manager

Pros

-Truly remote-first - lots of flexibility in scheduling and personal responsibility for getting the job done -Culture of personal investment and excitement for our work and product. We all use Loom every day! -Very generous benefits -Great balance between the energy of a young startup and the stability of a more established company -Great people - I'm impressed by how Loom has managed to cultivate close working relationships despite the remote-first focus (lots of virtual coffees/trivia/yoga, company-wide calls, fun Slack channels etc.) -Total responsibility and ownership of individual roles (with truly interesting work!) -Down-to-earth and accessible leadership

Cons

Normal challenges that come with rapid growth, especially with a very global team, but I've been impressed by how Loom has tackled these challenges.

Pros

- Amazing teammates who are low ego and High Go - A product that will flourish with the Future of Work - Remote first mentality which leads to over-communication and thus transparency from leadership - Annual company trips!

Cons

- Volume picked up quick due to COVID and we are scaling quickly so we are of course dealing with start-up woes that pertain to flying the plane while building it. - Would like to see us focus more on Diversity as we are still sub-100 employees.
