- A culture that encourages transparency and inclusion - which can difficult during 100% remote work. I joined Loom during COVID and so I had a major concern around inclusion and experience working remotely having never met my teammates in person. In addition to Loom being an asynchronous comm tool that made the connection with the company incredible, our employees are spread out in 14 countries and still embrace an amazing culture

- The company is accelerating at a very quick pace so there are natural challenges every startup faces. Might be slightly heightened given the hyper-growth here, but not a bad problem to have when you're backed by our investors and plans to scale quickly with lofty goals
