Pros
Good pay, free insurance, Co workers
Cons
Even though I use free insurance as a pro it's only good enough to keep government off your back. I have never worked for a more poorly ran company in my life. You will get little to no training and get yelled at for not knowing the job. No matter how hard you work it is never enough the supervisors will literally ask why you didn't do more. Getting tools to job properly is like pulling teeth. Upper management continues to make questionable decisions that affect people lives whether it be safety issues or providing good working safe equipment to having a personal life. If you don't mind being treated like garbage this is the job for you. But if you have any respect for yourself and refuse to let someone walk all over you. I strongly recommend looking for employment elsewhere.
