Good pay for the area, weekly checks

Cons

Very poor safety environment. Short breaks, especially on overtime.

Fair work load decent pay, The owners are amazing. Upper Management very direct.

strong personalities in mid management, lack of communication. lots of deflection.

Pros

The pay and benefits where good as well as the fully paid for insurance.

Cons

Working conditions were harsh but fair, the people where not very friendly but I can only assume it's due to the age gap (im much younger than most of them), management was very pushy.
