Over worked and under paid GNA's

They give their employees $100.00 bonus for working short staffed. And you can make some good money if you have the strength to work hard and short staffed.

Cons

There workload is extremely too heavy. They have to many total care residents on one assignment. At the end of my 8- hour shift, I be so exhausted.
