I feel welcomed and supported. The orientation process was smooth and well-organized, which helped ease any first-day nerves. Everyone I have met so far has been friendly, patient, and willing to answer my questions. Management seems genuinely invested in helping new employees succeed.

Cons

Since I am new, there is a lot to learn, but the team is very supportive and always willing to help when I have questions.
