      Pros

      Working for a company that has such a big heart, truly allows you to believe in what you do everyday.

      Cons

      Senior care is definitely not for everyone. It takes a special person to deal with the loss of residents because caring for them everyday and learning about what they love and hate they become your family.

      Nothing, they were just awful

      Cons

      All Management is made up of family members who look down on staff and patients. They will fire you in a heartbeat, high turnover and low pay. Company has no values other then making money.

      It's a job-just a job.

      Cons

      Terrible Company Culture, Terrible work environment. Terrible Management. Too much of budget cuts. If you are a friend of the family or are a family member-expect a high pay and a less stressful job(fyi the company is a family owned business) Management only care about making money and nothing more. Very pretentious group of people working in administration. No growth opportunity.
