the facility is well maintained by the house keeping staff. The residents are very friendly and a joy to interact with

Wonderful(mostly) staff and residents. Competitive and sometimes leading wages

Cons

Family and personal politics hinder most growth. Poor upper and middle management which leads to a contemptuous and survivalist work atmosphere.

Columbia Location: No appreciation or consideration for the staff. The pay is poor & if you're close to retirement, watch out! They always find a reason to fire you before you can retire. Rules only apply to those who aren't in their "clique". The administrator is rude, obnoxious and clueless how to run a successful business. Staff is bullied into participating in company activities (raffles, xmas party, etc) No job security!
