Important work, involvement in numerous interesting projects in City. Public sector job puts less pressure on cranking out deliverables all the time than most private sector work.

Cons

Sometimes alienating level of siloing between departments. Stuck with annoying co-workers who are difficult to let go. Level of workload and responsibility may fluctuate suddenly due to political pressures.
