Pros

Most of the company has a flexible work schedule, allowing employees to telecommute up to four days a week, which is great! They also have a 9/80 schedule available and the ability to contribute to both a 401(k) and 457 plan, which really helps save on taxes.

Cons

The job description and the actual job duties have been very different. The role seemed to be much more senior, but when I actually started working they treat me like a very junior intern. My boss focuses on being a hall monitor, instead of providing training, resources and guidance. Everything is a "gotcha" question or test, which is completely pointless. This time and energy would be much better spent working together to produce something that benefits the agency/public.
