They hire anyone , easy to pass testing because instructors give the answers , they are under pressure to get drivers behind the wheel. If the public knew how inebit and clueless a lot of these drivers are they wouldn't get on the buses

Cons

Your just a badge number to managment. Worked in mass transit 30 plus years Here 10 everyone dislikes everyone. Prision yards probably have more unity. NO support from transit security your on your own when out on streets.
