Pros

Employee discount and health insurance

Cons

This company will micromanage you down to the very last second of every minute of your day. They are very strict and will write you up for any little mistake you make. There is a lot of favoritism. Managers will go on personal vacations with advisors and go out to the clubs doing drugs posting all over Instagram. Working for the RICHEST MAN IN THE WORLD, yet it feels like you work at a dollar store. They give lateral ‘promotions’, which means more work and no extra pay. Advisors bring in over 1 million dollars in sales a year each yet they are not even paid 10% of that. They hired a bunch of remote employees during the pandemic for the call center but now they will only hire in person advisors while still allowing a huge portion of the call center to be fully remote, so they will not pay you extra for gas (commuting) food or clothing to be in person, and will not make any accommodations for you to work from home if you are a local. NONE of the managers take calls or do any actual work except for monitoring your status on the call queue. As a result of the managers never taking any calls, they will always give you conflicting information because they do not even know what it takes to assist the clients and how to follow the proper policies. There is only 1 general line for the call center so you have to take all calls ranging from store issues (stores DO NOT take calls) UPS claims, returns, repairs, orders, insurance claims, escalations, ect.

Pros

Employee portal discount give you perks up to 80 percent off of Merch from prior years... Selling beautiful handbags... Having the brand behind your name or on your resume.

Cons

30 percent in store and there is a 3000 cap.... you will be expected to walk talk and breath LV from the color of your nails to how you can wear your hair. My store had no manager so things were always a mess, commission was horrible sold 340k for Christmas just to make a 1500 commission. When working for a brand like this you expect more. No yearly raises or promotions.
