Prestigious reputation Good atmosphere/ environment on sales floor Not bad pay for a starting position chance to build clientele and expand network of relationships

Cons

managers don't show by example unfair treatments between co-workers (favoritism) suck-up politics/ lots of drama between people do not offer chance for advancement daily sales quota is way too competitive bonus structure sucks like commission-based working places/ co-workers take your customers or vice versa
