Pros
-decent discount only on select items (the ones we couldn't sell) -decent hourly wage -good benefits like 401K -nice to say that you work for LVMH -travel
Cons
-terrible bonus structure -raises are laughable -promoting from within is difficult...they always think the grass is greener when they hire from other companies -you start to feel like just a number -company doesn't recognize talent or doesn't pay them accordingly and loses so many great people. -always finding a way to cut corners with product or employees or budget cuts and every quarter its record profits....doesn't add up. -never enough time to get the things done you need to bc they keep cutting hours.
