Pros
PDO time is good. You are given an extra day off that is separate from PDO time to use for your birthday, mental health day, or for whatever you want to use it for. 401 with company matching. Friendly work environment. Overall great organization that cares for the patients and provides excellant care. Upper management is friendly and approachable and will always make sure they say hello and ask how you are doing, which in my opinion makes it a very welcoming environment. LCFL is growing and expanding, providing more needed services for the community.
Cons
Parking for employees at the corporate office is tight and some days it is hard to find parking. Health insurance is not good. Not too much opportunity for advancement.
